Q: Other web designers are asking for 3 or 4 times your prices - how can you deliver websites at such a low cost?
A: We have been in the web design business for over 5 years and we have gained a lot of experience in the process. Not long ago, we were charging a lot more for our sites - as we were having to cover the cost of expensive on-site sales meetings, bespoke designs and custom application development. We have anaylsed the web design process in detail and have developed a model which allows us to cut costs at every step of the way.
Q: I want to sell my products online - do you offer e-commerce services?A: Again, in a word - No. We concentrate on offering a 'simple but effective brochure website' design service. We don't hire expensive programmers or software engineers - we are a team of highly competent, business aware web designers who can develop great looking search engine friendly websites in next to no time, but ask us to develop an e-commerce website and we would be taking our eye of the ball.
Q: Can I pay by cheque?
A: All payments are made online. For your online safety, all payments are processed securely via SSL encryption through the Paypal payment process. You are not required to hold a Paypal account in order to use your credit card. Q: Do your prices include VAT?
A: We are actually a Tyrone based company, and are therefore subject to the Tax regulations of the UK. If you are a ROI VAT registered, and can provide us with your VAT number, then we do not need to charge VAT. If however you do NOT have a VAT no, then VAT will be charged at the UK rate of 15%.
Q: Are there any additional ongoing costs?
A: All our prices include free domain name registration and free hosting for the first year. After that, an annual maintenance charge of €150 is applicable to cover:
